Since 2001, InterLEAD™ has been providing innovative leadership development and learning opportunities for educators in both schools and early childhood education.

We believe that great educators are the foundation of exceptional education. However, greatness requires more than just talent—it demands ongoing support, tools, and opportunities for growth. Schools and centres must create environments that empower educators to think creatively and lead meaningful change in their classrooms and communities.

At InterLEAD™ we support educators in making this shift toward effective learning by fostering true leadership. Through a variety of in-person and online programmes, we provide leaders with the systems, tools, and strategies they need to break free from ineffective practices and address their real challenges. Our approach is driven by fresh, innovative ideas, drawing from diverse disciplines and experiences.
