The Art of Having Courageous Conversations that Build Relationships

This interactive workshop will provide participants with a framework for dealing with the tensions often present in groups and rather than avoiding them, taking the initiative to address the problem in a positive manner. Participants will have an opportunity to practice having conversations that are often difficult and challenging.

This course will benefit:

• Leaders who wish to develop skills in having conversations that impact on the teaching practice of others.
• Teachers who wish to develop skills in having collegial conversations that will enable them to engage with the intention of Practising Teacher Criteria 1.
