APPRAISAL CONNECTOR
Connecting Appraisal with Professional Learning, Reflection and Teacher Growth™
When we designed and introduced Appraisal Connector four years ago we did so knowing teachers would come up with ways to improve the system’s functionality.
We have welcomed suggestions and encouraged teachers to tell us how we could improve and streamline Appraisal Connector and we have endeavoured to make as many of those upgrades as possible. Through this pipeline of innovation we have made in excess of 50 advancements.
Our commitment to innovation and improvement won’t cease. When you chose to use Appraisal Connector, inherent was our pledge to ensuring you and your teachers access to a world class, pre-eminent, highly effective, robust appraisal system customised and ultimately designed by New Zealand teachers for New Zealand teachers.
If there’s a downside to innovation it’s adaptation and learning. To optimise value from the system, you need to ensure you keep abreast of advancements. Many updates have made it easier to use Appraisal Connector, others have allowed teachers to reflect and inquire in different ways, whilst others still, provide teachers and leaders with the ability to access data for real time monitoring. We are discovering many teachers and leaders, including those who may have been using Appraisal Connector for some time, are unaware of many of these advancements and how these improvements can radically improve, simplify and increase the relevance of appraisal.
We understand how busy you are and how you may have missed some of our notifications over the last four years. You may be curious about something you have recently seen appear on Appraisal Connector but do not know what it means or how to use it. You may think you have fallen a little behind and that you require updated information on how to navigate the system. Or you may have just forgotten how to go about using some functions. If some or all of these apply to you, this half day, free seminar is the answer.
